The hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores, but the rooms were noisy and had an old, dirty interior. The service was a mix of very helpful and welcoming with a hint of unprofessionalism. The dining experience was average, lacking some options. The hotel facilities were decent overall.

The hotel rooms were huge and nicely distributed, providing plenty of space to sit. However, there was an electrical shortage issue, making it impossible to turn on the bathroom light without the entry light. The service was friendly and easy to communicate with, but there were incidents like not responding to photos of bed bugs and a makeup bag being stolen. The dining experience was subpar, as the coffee was pre-packaged. Despite the downsides, the facilities were satisfactory.
